Are Dental Implants worth the cost?  This is a question our patients ask us all of the time, since dental implants tend to be a higher dollar item and many insurance policies do not cover all of the costs.   The truth is, dental implants replace teeth with the closest thing to your natural teeth that science has to offer. They chew with the same comfort, efficiency, and great look as your own teeth once did.   Implants are also a designed to last your lifetime, so you will not have to contemplate a replacement years down the road.  So, is a lifelong restoration of a critical part of your body worth the investment?
